SGD Loses Longtime Employee

Feb. 3, 2010--SGD is sad to announce that San Diego-based Subrogation Manager, Judy Dolan, passed away this morning after a long illness. As many of you know, Judy has worked for SGD partner, Rick Kern, since 1994 and was the first person he hired when he came to San Diego from the Bay Area.  Rick states "Over the years I have grown to admire and respect Judy both as a technician and a member of my extended family. She will be sorely missed."

 As many of you know, Judy’s daughter Kris also works for our San Diego office.  Our heart goes out to Kris and her family in this difficult time.   

Peter Schifrin to be 2010 PLRB Presenter

The PLRB (Downers Grove, IL) has selected SGD President, Peter Schifrin, RPA, to be in the 2010 lineup of presenters at the their Regional Conferences.

Look for his program "Good Faith Handling for Property Adjusters" at the following Venues:

• Eastern Regional Conference, Atlanta, GA--June 22-23

• Central Regional Conference, Columbus, OH--September 14-15

• Western Regional Conference, Anaheim, CA--November 2-3
