Employment Positions available:

Property Claims Adjuster

Responsibilities:

Performing on-site inspections of damaged property, including roofs/attics
Preparing estimates of repair and ITV reports using Xactimate
Preparing inventories of damaged property including valuations
Performing investigation including interviews & recorded statements
Evaluating insurance coverage, and drafting ROR and denial letters
Making claim adjustment recommendations
Preparing comprehensive reports
Property damage investigations
Maintaining control of a full caseload

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 4 years of property claims handling experience

- Preference given to those with Property/Multi-line claims experience

Ability to carry/use a ladder and inspect roofs/attics
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Xactimate
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
Works well independently while maintaining a current diary

Job Type: Non-exempt, full-time, or part-time

Location: Northern & Southern California

Salary: $35 – $45 hourly

Independent Claims Adjuster – Northern California

Northern California: Applicants must reside in and be able to travel locally within and surrounding the Sacramento, California area.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating insurance coverage and liability exposure.
Conducting investigations, including interviews and recorded statements.
Performing on-site inspections, including cold calls, scene investigations, and vehicle inspections.
Making informed claim adjustment recommendations.
Preparing clear, detailed, and comprehensive reports.
Maintaining control of a full caseload while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of claims handling experience.
Strong field investigation and inspection background preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse parties.
Highly developed analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage travel within assigned areas.

Salary: $35 per hour + overtime eligibility
